Refund and Return Policy

At CasaVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.

1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@casa-vibe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@casa-vibe.com to arrange the exchange process.

4. Shipping

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
