Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking Your Order:

2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items on sale or clearance. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
- Return Process:
To start a return, please contact us at info@casa-vibe.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@casa-vibe.com to arrange the exchange process.
